Minerva González serves as a vital part of our client services team at Lozano Law Firm. With a background in industrial engineering from Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Tamaulipas, she brings precision and heart to her work. She supports individuals and families as they navigate the immigration system.

Minerva believes that understanding someone’s journey begins with listening. For her, every client’s story deserves to be met with empathy and dignity. She’s committed to ensuring that those who come to our firm feel heard, respected, and cared for throughout their immigration process.

One of the most meaningful parts of her work is learning about the different cultures and life experiences of those who arrive in the U.S. seeking opportunity and safety. “It’s not just about paperwork,” she says. “It’s about helping people feel secure and seen during one of the most important transitions of their lives.”

Outside of the office, Minerva enjoys music—especially pop and Latin rock—as well as going to concerts and watching movies. Her favorite foods include tacos, mole, and pasta, and her favorite colors are white, black, and blue—each reflecting her grounded, thoughtful, and calm demeanor.
