Linda Hamilton - Immigration Attorney
Guiding Clients With Dedication & Heart
Linda Hamilton brings clarity and compassion to every immigration matter she handles. As part of Lozano Law Firm, she represents individuals navigating marriage- and employment-based visa processes, offering careful guidance through what can often feel like an overwhelming system.
Before joining the firm, Linda served as an Asylum Fellow and Clinical Staff Attorney with the University of Pittsburgh’s Immigration Law Clinic. In that role, she mentored future attorneys. She helped lead the Asylum Pro Bono Project—an initiative aimed at expanding access to legal services for some of the most vulnerable individuals seeking protection in the United States.
Her dedication to public service has not gone unnoticed. In 2024, she was honored with the Young Lawyer Pro Bono Award by the Allegheny County Bar Association—a recognition that reflects her commitment to standing alongside clients who might otherwise face the legal system alone.
Beyond her practice, Linda also teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she helps shape the next generation of immigration advocates.
Linda approaches each case with care, precision, and a steadfast belief in equal access to justice. Her ideals are evident whether she works one-on-one with a client or guides a room full of students. Her work reflects a deep-rooted passion for immigration law and a clear understanding that every client’s story matters.
